All sales of bridal gowns are final, and there are no options for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for bridal gowns. For non-bridal dresses, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange a non-bridal dress within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided that the dress is unworn and undamaged.
