Appointments & Shopping

Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

Yes. Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure you receive dedicated one-on-one attention in a private fitting room. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but booked clients are always prioritized.

How long does an appointment last?

Appointments typically last 15–30 minutes. Brides may request extended appointments if they’d like additional time to try multiple styles.

How many guests can I bring?

We recommend bringing up to 3–4 guests for the best experience. A smaller group keeps the appointment focused and less overwhelming.

Do you carry specific designers?

Yes. We carry top designers such as Jovani, Terani Couture, and other leading bridal, prom, pageant, and formalwear brands.

Alterations & Customization

Do you provide in-house alterations?

Yes, all alterations are performed by our owner and master tailor, Farah, who specializes in bridal and formal gowns. This ensures every gown fits perfectly to your body.

What types of alterations do you offer?

We offer services ranging from standard hemming, bustle creation, and taking in/out sides, to advanced customizations like changing necklines, adding sleeves, adjusting bodice structure, and embellishing with lace or appliqués.

How long do alterations take?

Alteration timelines vary by the complexity of the gown. Standard alterations may take 2–4 weeks, while more detailed work may require longer. Rush alterations can often be completed in a matter of days, if needed.

Do I need multiple fittings?

Yes. At your first fitting, we’ll pin and mark the adjustments. Most gowns require 2–3 fittings to ensure everything is perfect before your event.

Orders, Delivery & Sizing

How far in advance should I order my gown?

For bridal gowns, we recommend ordering 6–8 months before the wedding to allow for designer delivery and alterations. For prom, pageant, or special occasion gowns, 2–3 months in advance is ideal.

What sizes do you carry?

We offer an extensive range of sizes, including curve and plus-size gowns, so every woman can find a style that flatters her.

Can you accommodate last-minute needs?

Yes! We’ve helped brides and clients with events just days away. We keep select gowns in stock and can perform rush alterations when needed.

Do you ship dresses?

Yes, shipping can be arranged upon request. Please contact us directly for details and shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and refund policy for bridal gowns?

All bridal gown sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits are offered. This also applies to bridal accessories and veils.

What about prom, pageant, and other non-bridal dresses?

All sales are final. However, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged non-bridal dresses may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Store credit will be issued for qualifying exchanges.

Why are bridal sales final?

Each gown is ordered and fitted specifically for the bride, making them custom to the individual. This is a standard policy across the bridal industry.
